A Lineage of Siddhas & Scholars
KAPALI'S is named in the memory of Siddha Kapali Maheshwar Umanath Bahadur (1942–2012) - a Rasa-siddha of the Kapali sect of Shaivism, proponent of the Ten Great Wisdom Sciences, and founder of the Asiatic Society for Occult Sciences.
His disciple, Vineeta Kapali - architect, astrologer since the age of 22, and scholar of the Shad-darshan - carries the lineage forward today as 'KapaliShishyaa'.
The Kapalikas were the scientists of the ancient world - erudite scholars, tantra and mantra siddhas, masters of muhurta, jyotish, history and philosophy. Like Guru Padmasambhava himself, they evolved through the ages, changing people's lives through practical science.
