Siddha Kapali Maheshwar Umanath Bahadur (1942–2012)

Our Guru · 1942–2012

Siddha Kapali Maheshwar Umanath Bahadur (1942-2012) was a 'Rasa-siddha' (Indian alchemist having siddhi) of the Kapali sect of Shaivism. He is the proponent of the modern 'TEN GREAT WISDOM SCIENCES' based on the Tantric DASHA MAHAVIDYAS. He founded the 'ASIATIC SOCIETY FOR OCCULT SCIENCES'. He was a Somasiddhantin and had achieved a major breakthrough in the research of the Vedic Soma plant and Soma drink. He was an erudite scholar of the shastraic tradition and could recite by heart 16-17 rasa-granthas (classical treatises on Alchemy). He met his Guru Sri Sri Ji at the age of 6 and was initiated into the Kapalika sect at the age of 11. Sri Sri Ji was a sanyasin and tantric of the Divya Bhava (divine attributes) order which is the ultimate and rarest of the rare. He himself belonged to the order of the Veera Bhava.

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णुः गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरः ।
गुरुः साक्षात् परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः ॥

"The Guru is Brahma, the Guru is Vishnu, the Guru is Maheshwara. The Guru is verily the supreme Brahman - salutations to that Guru."

Vineeta Kapali - bearer of the lineage

Vineeta Kapali - 'KapaliShishyaa'

The Disciple · The Present Bearer

Vineeta Kapali is the disciple of Siddha Kapali Maheshwar Umanath Bahadur. She met Pujya Guruji in 1998 at the age of 28. She being academically educated as an architect, was looking for traditional Indian knowledge of architecture which is popular today as Vaastushastra. She was naturally drawn towards occult sciences at a young age and was an expert astrologer since the age of 22 years. She is deeply interested in Archaeology and Vedic tradition, especially the scholarly 'Shad-darshan' viz. Sankhya, Yoga, Nyaya, Vaisheshika, Mimamsa and Vedanta. She is also well-versed in Western philosophy and Atomic sciences. An avid reader of philosophy and classics, she delved into ancient Indian texts by reading Max Muller, Avalon, Frawley etc. until Guruji banned this practice and asked her to learn Sanskrit and 'only read the originals'. Starting with 'Samarangana Sutradhaar' and Mayamatam (Vaastu treatises) she developed deep interest in reading treatises of other occult sciences including Rasa Vidya. She was initiated in 2006 at the age of 36 and has since been carrying forward the lineage of Siddha Kapali Maheshwar Umanath Bahadur. KAPALI'S is so named in the memory of her Guru. She calls herself 'KapaliShishyaa'.

Against superstition - for pure shastraic science
Occult is a science, not a superstition

Our Stand

Against the Abuse of Classical Knowledge

The world of predictive sciences today is unorganised, non-academic and replete with false narratives - a multi-billion dollar market encashing on gullible people. Sciences that were precious to the finest philosophers of ancient India now lie in the hands of those unfit for any academic achievement.

We stand against this. Our consultancy strictly adheres to the classical tradition - and our cures are purely shastraic. It is possible to change lives without using words, without counselling - purely by yantra and mantra siddhi.

We advocate shastraic knowledge in its pure form - uncorrupted by local traditions, modern times and illusory faith. Modern markets are replete with superstitions and cures that make no difference beyond placebo. We follow our Kapali tradition in the midst of all this.

A Tradition That Measures Itself
Only by Changed Lives

Scholars are welcome for philosophical discussions and debates on classical treatises and spiritual traditions.
